Receive allocated orders and schedule from Operations Head /Supervisors, then contacts the drivers to arrange product loading and deliveries (Dispatching).
Maintain contact with the drivers throughout their routes using GPS/CCTV, to monitor their progress and to troubleshoot any problems that may arise along the way.
Relay information to Customers / Road Transport regularly (Depot in, Depot out, Client in, Client out and every 2 hours or as the need may arise) to keep them informed.
Ensure that ALL documents required of a trip are complete and in order.
Do driver briefing by showing TTDC and DR; and truck pre-departure checklist

Qualifications/Requirements

At least graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
With experience in logistics and dispatching
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Willing to assigned in San Pascual
