Customer Service Associate - Blended account - Muntinlupa
We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate who can bring a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to every customer interaction. You’ll handle inquiries through live chat, phone calls, emails, and even social media—making sure customers feel heard and supported at all times.
Understanding our products in-depth will help you deliver accurate and helpful information.
Keeping track of customer interactions, feedback, transactions, and issues is part of the role, as it helps ensure smooth operations and continuous service improvement. You’ll also work closely with the team, sharing feedback and ideas to improve the overall customer experience.
Your role may involve assisting with technical concerns, troubleshooting, and trading-related inquiries—particularly on platforms like MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. Flexibility is key as we sometimes need coverage during weekends or outside regular hours.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent English communication skills are a must; knowing a second language is a big plus.
- Strong decision-making skills are highly valued.
- Background in Financial Services (FX/CFDs) is preferred.
- Ability to stay composed under pressure or when customers are frustrated.
- Prior experience in customer service is strongly desired.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Onsite work setup required—no remote or hybrid arrangements.
