WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Senior Manager, Supply Planning is a critical leadership role responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end supply planning processes at a national level. This position ensures the timely and efficient availability of materials and products by expertly managing materials requirement planning, external supplier orders, production allocations, and inventory.The Senior Manager will leverage strong SAP proficiency, drive cross-functional alignment, and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the entire supply chain, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Drive Materials Requirement Planning (National)
- Drive Order & Delivery Planning (External Suppliers)
- Develop Preforms requirement and pull-out planning for In-House injection lines
- Drive Allocation/Deployment Planning (In House Plants & Toll Packers)
- Drive Toll Packer Management (SAP transactions, BOM & PID)
- Drive External Warehouse Management (SAP transactions & PID)
- Develop Ageing & Wastage Report/ Management
- Support RMPM & EWO Billing Processing
- Engage in Production Plan Alignments with HQ Mfg Operations, In-House Plants & Toll Packers
- Engage in cross-functional collaborations/meetings (S&OP, S&OE, NPL Taskforce, etc)
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations & Business Management.
- At least 10 years of experience, preferably on FMCG.
- Experience in SAP, MS Office, Project Management, Communication Skills
