Sales Associate

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our vibrant team in SM LA UNION San Fernando City, La Union. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail environment.

1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Assist customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and completing sales transactions
3. Maintain a clean and organised store, ensuring product displays are visually appealing
4. Process cash and card payments, handling transactions accurately
5. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences
6. Participate in inventory management, restocking, and merchandising tasks as required

1. Proven experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanour
3. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling and transactions
4. Enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service and a commitment to meeting sales goals
5. Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
6. High school diploma or equivalent
