About the role
We are seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE'. As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our food and beverage services.This full-time position is based in Santo Tomas City Batangas and offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of our hospitality business.
What you'll be doing- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, including managing staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth
- Coordinating with the kitchen and serving teams to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverages
- Developing staff through training, mentoring, and performance management
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Assisting with special events and catering services as needed
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with hospitality management software
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
