Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is organized and stocked.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
