A Finance and Accounting Officer is responsible for managing an organization’s financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, and supporting overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget utilization
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Assist in payroll processing and tax compliance

Qualifications
