This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Fulltime (40 hoursweek) Monday to Friday either 8am to 5pm CT or 9am to 6pm CT with 1 hour unpaid break
- Client Timezone: EST (but the staff will be reporting to someone in CT)
Responsabilities:
Marketing Data Collection & Validation- Aggregate and organize marketing data from multiple channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, email, web analytics, SEO) into usable formats.
- - Scrub, QA, and spotcheck reports to identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps before delivery.
- - Maintain and update reporting templates and automation workflows based on evolving client and campaign needs.
- Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Build and maintain dynamic dashboards using tools like Domo, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- - Create and deliver recurring reports that clearly communicate KPIs, performance trends, and strategic insights.
- - Ensure visual polish and data accuracy across all internal and external reports.
- Insight Generation & Performance Monitoring
- Analyze campaign data to surface actionable insights for optimization.
- - Monitor performance trends and flag anomalies such as traffic spikes or conversion drops.
- - Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews through visual storytelling and data summaries.
- Collaboration & Workflow Optimization
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, account, creative) to ensure alignment with client goals.
- - Document, streamline, and suggest improvements for reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- - Serve as the goto resource for marketing analytics troubleshooting, Excel logic (e.g., IFTHEN), and CSV formatting.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- - Previous experience in reporting, analytics, or data entry roles (internships and academic projects accepted).
- - Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation).
- - Comfortable using presentation tools like Google Slides or PowerPoint for data storytelling.
- - Familiarity with marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, bounce rate) and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, GA4).
- - Basic understanding of BI tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
- - Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data integrity and quality.
- - Selfstarter with good time management and the ability to meet recurring deadlines independently.
- - Proactive and analytical mindset, curious, asks questions, and flags discrepancies early.
- Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to reporting automation tools or APIs.
- - Experience working with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, or other marketing platforms.
- - Interest in digital marketing, media strategy, or working in a fastpaced agency environment.
