  1. Responsible for the routine operations and the overall customer satisfaction.
  2. Assist and support store associates in all aspects of sales and customer service as required.
  3. Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store
  4. Provide answers directly to customers concerning billing processes, service plan, upgrades and other customer service related issues.
  5. Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by meeting and mentoring staff.
  6. Preparing detailed report on buying trends, customer requirements and profits.
  7. Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability.
Qualifications/Requirements
  1. Female
  2. College Graduate
  3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  4. Computer literate
  5. Can work with less supervision
  6. Attentive to details and have an ability to multitask
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
  9. Strong leadership and customer management abilities
