A Mason is a skilled tradesperson who constructs and repairs structures using brick, concrete block, stone, and other masonry materialsAbility to lift heavy objects (often 50+ lbs), stand for long periods, and work in varied weather conditions.
Skilled in using hand and power tools such as trowels, levels, plumb bobs, and masonry saws.
Accurate measurement and calculation for precise layouts.
Masons work on construction sites, often under the supervision of a foreman, and may work in teams with other tradespeople. The job is physically demanding and usually involves working outdoors.
