Job Description:

POSITION TITLE : SALES TECHNICIAN

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR

TITLE : ASSISTANT BRANCH HEAD/ BRANCH HEAD

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ø Vocational computer related course with TESDA certificate is an advantage

Ø At least 1 year experience as Sales Technician

Ø with pleasing personality

Ø Basic knowledge in computers, gadgets and other peripherals

Ø Physically Fit

Ø Willing to work onsite

Ø Willing to be assigned in any other branches nationwide

Ø Salary: Manila Rate – Plus incentive

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products

Ø Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable

Ø Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise

Ø Keeping customers informed about new technological products

Ø Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products

Ø Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met

Ø Reporting to management about sales made

Ø Updating records of customer communications and contact information

Ø Responsible on troubleshoot laptops, computers and other device and unit from the store

Ø Responsible on briefing technicalities and other maintenance related to all purchased unit from the store

Ø Oversees the installation of all included freebies and to strictly comply with all prohibited illegal loading of softwares in accordance to "NO PIRACY POLICY"

Ø Travels to location if arising concerns needed to inspect, and repair equipment

Ø And other assigned duty that needs to perform.

OTHERS:

• Makes sure that all correspondence (letters, purchase order, etc..) that requires the attention of the head office are properly email and original copy sent to the department head concerned at the soonest possible time.
• Follow proper rules and regulation as set by the HR (Human Resource), Accounting and Purchasing Department.
• Attending training/re-orientation when required to do so and inform person concerned when work does not permit for attending such.
