Civil Engineer

The Civil Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil construction projects for Alpha South Star. This role ensures structural integrity, compliance with regulations, and timely completion of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare structural designs, layout plans, and detailed drawings.
• Monitor site construction activities and ensure quality standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and material analysis.
• Ensure all works comply with local and national safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project timelines.
• Review project documentation and make technical recommendations.
• Assist in solving on-site problems and implementing corrective actions.

1. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
2. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the civil/structural engineering industry
3. Proficiency in using engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
4. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
6. A deep understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
7. Proven experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
