Logistics Support Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Support Specialist to support our order management and shipping operations. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills who takes initiative to troubleshoot logistics challenges.You will work closely with our shipping, inbound, and sales teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
What You’ll Do:
- Process customer orders, including major accounts, specialty stores, and DTC.
- Set up new specialty accounts and handle all specialty requests.
- Monitor DTC and sample orders order shipping, ensuring completion of necessary adjustments for timely fulfillment.
- Manage reporting for missing freight, payment requests, extensions.
- Assist with return authorizations and returns processing.
- Resolve EDI 180 issues.
- Complete shipment paperwork for international accounts, such as commercial invoices and SLIs.

Preferred Experience:
2+ year in logistics, shipping, or receiving (preferred but not required).
Experience with apparel/order management/fulfillment/Exenta is a plus.
Experience with Airtable is a plus
Position Details

Education: Degree in logistics/supply chain OR equivalent experience.
