Data privacy protection officer

Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, particularly the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012

- Training and Awareness
- Audits and Monitoring
- Documentation and Record-Keeping
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Compliance
- Sound knowledge on Compliance practices, standards and regulations such as Data Privacy Act of 2012
- Direct experience in managing interactions with regulators including Securities and Exchange Commission, and National Privacy Commission
- Good knowledge on Compliance practices, standards and regulations such as Data Privacy Act of 2012
- Direct experience in managing interactions with regulators including Securities and Exchange Commission, and National Privacy Commission.
- Good knowledge of business trends/ changes in legislation and regulation that impact Compliance practices.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Carries out other related tasks that may be designated to or required of the job.
