Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Staff to support our Accounting Department The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, assisting with reports, and ensuring accuracy in all accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (or 1–2 years of experience is a plus)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g.SAP is an advantage)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
Amenable to work in Timog Avenue, Quezon City
