Principal Duties and Responsibilities
As a Business Development and Partnerships Lead at Apeiron, you will work closely with the Chief Business Officer and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, forge strategic partnerships, and identify new business opportunities. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing business strategies, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to expand Apeiron’s market reach and impact.
Your role will contribute significantly in our mutual value creation drive by supporting initiatives that help clients scale efficiently and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities:
Market and Business Analysis- Conduct research on market trends, industry developments, and emerging business opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, clients, and strategic alliances to support business expansion.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market positioning to refine Apeiron’s growth approach.
- Assist in the development of financial models and projections to assess business opportunities.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, including thought leadership, research, and branding efforts.
- Collaborate with the finance team and other teams to assess partnership viability and long-term value creation.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Assist in negotiating and structuring partnership agreements, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
- Represent Apeiron in industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
- Support end-to-end execution of partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
- Assist in the creation of business development strategies to improve lead generation, sales conversion, and market expansion.
- Support the Chief Business Officer and senior team members in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and partners.
- Own the business development pipeline, ensuring that leads are properly guided from generation to agreement closing to on-boarding with engagement teams
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory developments, and market shifts that could impact Apeiron’s growth strategies.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for business reporting and presentations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for building meaningful business relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client visits, networking events, and partnership meetings as needed.
