About the role
Polystar Manpower Services is seeking an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As an Electrical/Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems for a variety of commercial and industrial projects.This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional development and growth within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing- Designing and overseeing the installation of electrical and mechanical systems, including power distribution, lighting, HVAC, and plumbing
- Conducting site inspections and assessments to identify and resolve technical issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and cost-effective delivery of projects
- Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal performance of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Providing technical support and training to operational staff
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends in building services engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
