We're Hiring: Part-Time Call Center Trainer (Remote)

About the Role:

We are looking for a part-time Call Center Trainer to deliver our Call Center Mastery Course to aspiring BPO professionals. This is a flexible, remote position suitable for experienced call center agents, team leaders, trainers, or communication coaches who want to share their knowledge and help others succeed in the BPO industry.

The role is per batch or per booking, with potential for long-term collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct live online training sessions for beginners preparing for BPO/call center jobs
• Teach modules such as voice clarity, neutral English, call flow, and handling objections
• Facilitate mock calls, real-time feedback, and coaching
• Customize delivery style based on learner progress and needs
• Provide assessments, track learner performance, and issue feedback
• Help improve course content and contribute to training materials if needed

Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment
• Prior experience as a Trainer, Team Leader, Coach, or QA Analyst is a strong advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident in facilitating online sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or other platforms
• Strong understanding of voice assessments, call flow, and industry standards
• Passion for teaching and guiding first-time applicants or ESL learners
• Stable internet and a quiet, professional teaching environment
