About the Role
We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Cebu City. The role focuses on providing excellent customer support by assisting clients in both Japanese and English, ensuring prompt and accurate service while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Japanese and English.
- Provide clear and accurate information about company products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently and courteously.
- Accurately document all customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver outstanding service in every interaction.
- Proficient in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in customer service or call center is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City, on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
