Medical Sales Representative
Area of Deployment: Manila / NCRDepartment: Sales
Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Manager

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, clinics, doctors, and other healthcare accounts
- Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and demonstrations
- Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, installation, after-sales support, and collection follow-through
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and proper handling of company assets
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or any allied health / business-related course
- With 1–3 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, diagnostic sales, or healthcare account management is preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong sales potential may also apply
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to do extensive fieldwork within Manila / NCR
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage
- Experience handling hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and healthcare accounts
- Familiarity with medical devices, diagnostics, laboratory equipment, or consumables
- Experience in quotations, bidding, and account negotiation
- Field-based role covering Manila / Metro Manila
- May require attendance in client meetings, exhibits, and other business-related activities
