Csr/live seller team leader

The CSR / Live Seller Team Leader will oversee and guide the Customer Service Representatives and Live Selling Team, ensuring excellent customer engagement, smooth team operations, and consistent sales growth across online platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and mentor the CSR and Live Seller team to ensure top performance.
• Monitor customer inquiries, feedback, and order issues, ensuring fast resolution.
• Plan and execute live selling schedules, promos, and campaigns.
• Analyze sales data and customer insights to create strategies that drive conversions.
• Coordinate with marketing and e-commerce departments for product promotions and online visibility.
• Maintain a positive and professional customer relationship experience across all platforms.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field (preferred but not required).
• At least 2–3 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or live selling operations.
• With leadership experience handling a small to medium-sized team (CSR and live sellers).
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook Live, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — can coach, motivate, and manage performance.
• Goal-driven and analytical mindset — can monitor team KPIs, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
• ⚙ Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proficient in using spreadsheets, chat tools, and order management systems.
• Creative in implementing sales strategies and engagement activities to boost online presence and sales.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if required.
