Accountant | Up to 55K Salary | HMO Day 1 | WFH - Muntinlupa

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Proficient in accounting software, preferably SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Willingness to work night shifts as needed.
• Experience working in a multi-unit or multi-entity organization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Billing Clerk:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing and invoicing for large, complex commercial clients.
• Prior experience with accounts payable/receivable or transaction-based services is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and billing practices.
• Experience working with third-party billing portals is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated strong judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Willing to work US hours, including night shifts, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Willingness to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City once office operations resume.

Credit and Collections:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Knowledgeable in IFRS and US GAAP.
• Willing to work night shifts and flexible hours as needed.
• In-depth understanding of billing procedures and collections, including skip tracing.
• Comfortable working with performance metrics, goals, and KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
