Job Description:

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively resolve customer concerns
• Analyze and document technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records and update knowledge base resources to enhance future support capabilities
• Continuously expand your technical expertise to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
• Foster a positive customer experience through effective communication and a solutions-oriented approach

Requirements:

• Should have at least 6 months - 1 year of Technical support experience on a BPO set up
• Must be willing to work onsite on a night/shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig
