Financial Planning Analyst

Are you good with numbers and enjoy helping businesses grow smarter? Join our restaurant group as a Financial Planning Analyst and help turn data into strategy. You’ll assist in budgeting, analyzing performance, and supporting operational decisions for our growing network of brands and locations.
What You'll Do:- Help prepare budgets and forecasts that guide brand and store decisions
- Analyze data to spot trends in sales, costs, and store performance
- Work with different departments (Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR) to align plans and goals
- Support report creation using Excel and business intelligence tools
- Contribute to dashboards and tools that make financial tracking easier for the team
- Graduate of Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related course
- 2–4 years experience in FP&A, corporate planning, or financial analysis
- Familiarity with Excel, financial models, and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong with numbers, but also a good communicator
- Bonus if you’ve worked in food, retail, or hospitality
