Travel consultant

Job Description

1. Assist Chinese travelers with bookings, reservations, and travel-related services.
2. Provide consultation on flights, accommodations, tours, and visa requirements.
3. Create and customize travel itineraries tailored to Chinese clients.
4. Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking customers to ensure satisfaction.
5. Translate and interpret travel documents, promotions, and service information as needed.
6. Coordinate with local suppliers (hotels, transportation, tour guides) to ensure smooth arrangements.
7. Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
8. Promote travel packages, tours, and company services to the Chinese market.
9. Stay updated on travel regulations, destination requirements, and tourism trends.

1. Must be a Chinese National (PRC Passport Holder).
2. Experience in travel consultancy, customer service, or tourism industry is an advantage.
3. Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) and English required.
4. Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus.
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
6. Flexible, customer-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
