Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects across IT . The ideal candidate will be skilled in stakeholder management, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination to ensure timely and quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors/partners.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., KPIs, status reports).
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing clear updates and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, up to date, and stored appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience (5–8+ years) managing projects, preferably in Retail Industry and Banking.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to speak Philippine Local Languages ( Taglog, Bisaya Etc.)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing technical teams or software development projects.
  • Understanding of budget control and financial reporting.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage uncertainty.
