The Practice – A Brief Sketch
The Global Network Song practice is aligned to the global Network Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Management Consulting Manager to lead our UI/UX and product design initiatives under Accenture S&C SONG.This role blends strong consulting acumen with deep craft expertise in visual and interface design, stakeholder management, and operational leadership.
You will be responsible for driving the design vision and strategy across enterprise-level digital products, ensuring user-centered outcomes that align with business goals. As part of the team, you will drive the following:
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership & Execution- Lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and scalable user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Facilitate design discovery workshops to uncover user needs, business goals, and product opportunities.
- Translate high-level business requirements into actionable design specifications and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain design systems, rituals, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify product challenges, user pain points, and business opportunities.
- Run quantitative experiments and conduct qualitative research to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate design rationale and value effectively to non-design audiences.
- Deliver designs aligned to strategic goals and business objectives of the enterprise.
- Set up and manage design delivery cadences, resource allocation, and production workflows.
- Reduce product and business risks through design interventions and validation strategies.
- Ensure continuity in design operations by managing team skillsets, availability, and collaboration.
- Define and drive the design strategy across the full digital product lifecycle—from conceptualization to delivery and post-launch support.
- Oversee design handoffs, validation processes, and last-mile support planning.
- Mentor and lead a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support onboarding and development of design talent, ensuring alignment with project needs and team goals.
- Build and maintain a network that drives growth and visibility for the design team within the organization.
