• Responsible for coordinating the overall work of regional network operations, including leading the optimization and adjustment of regional maintenance models, coordinating headquarters resources, cross-department collaboration, division of labor and deployment of Chinese and Philippine work, goal setting, task allocation, progress tracking, etc.
• Responsible for the assessment of all KPI indicators of the regional network to ensure the stable operation and maintenance of the regional network
• Take the lead in sorting out various process requirements in maintenance work, and optimize and improve efficiency according to actual conditions
• Manage site electricity bill payments and coordinate with power companies to promote energy conservation and emission reduction
• Take the lead in discovering regional network risk hazards, formulate key tasks for daily maintenance and track their implementation;
• Responsible for regional network acceptance and maintenance quality control and network resource management and update;
• Actively explore and innovate, and explore ways to improve maintenance efficiency and quality;
• Participate in coordinating network-related work of DICT/NTC and other government departments;
• Support the market to complete network security and emergency communication deployment at the site of important events and activities;
• Coordinate disputes and relocation caused by the government, private owners and other reasons
• Improve network security plans to deal with natural disasters and other emergencies
• Responsible for regional maintenance safety and security management
• Management outsource team to do maintenance work

• At least 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
• At least 5 - 8 years of network O&M relevant working experience
• At least 5 years management experience
• Not covered by any non-compete or non-disclosure agreements of direct competitors
• A bachelor’s degree holder in Telecom, Engineer, or Business
• Proven ability to manage and direct Transmission, OSP, Wireless, DC etc.
• Strong and diverse knowledge of global and local maintenance rules
• Superior business acumen and strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Superior proactive analysis and risk identification abilities
• Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and with other leaders in the organization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to analyze highly complex matters, apply sound judgment, and provide solutions.
• Fluent in multiple languages, both written and spoken
