Sourcing Associate

About the role

As a Sourcing Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the company's growth initiatives. This full-time position is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading global education technology company.

• Proactively source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to support the company's ongoing hiring needs
• Provide detailed feedback and updates on the status of open positions and candidate pipeline
• Assist with the coordination and scheduling of interviews and candidate communication
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's recruitment processes and best practices

• 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment or sourcing role, preferably within the human resources or education technology industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and hiring managers
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate top talent
• Proficient in the use of recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals
• Passion for talent acquisition and a genuine interest in the education technology sector
