What is the job?

The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing the organization’s Salesforce platform, which serves as the foundation of revenue operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Apex code, Salesforce Flows, and workflow automation to meet evolving business needs.
• Evaluate and enhance Salesforce architecture, ensuring alignment with best practices, scalability, and platform constraints.
• Manage integrations with external systems (e.g., HubSpot, DocuSign, Calendly) and develop/maintain REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ensure data integrity through deduplication, normalization, and automated data quality checks across systems.
• Oversee system performance, security compliance, release management, and documentation of all technical processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and support user adoption and training.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Apex development experience, including classes, triggers, and batch processes.
• At least 2 years of Salesforce administration in a business environment, supporting sales or revenue operations.
• Advanced skills in Salesforce Flow development, including screen flows and complex automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and platform limitations.
• Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs and tools like HubSpot, DocuSign, and Calendly.
• Skilled in troubleshooting cross-system issues, with knowledge of CRM best practices and sales process workflows.
