JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee and optimize all aspects of Ice cream & beverage operations, in charge of ensuring high-quality service, effective cost management, maximizing sales and revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferably a business/marketing management graduate, but not a must.
With effective communication skills and can speak English, Mandarin Chinese, and other languages.
At least have proven experience in managing ice cream and other beverage businesses.
Must have a complete legal requirement for a work permit and visa application in case of a foreigner.
