Job Summary:
Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and effectiveness of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring document control compliance and organizational readiness for internal and external ISO audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct, and report internal ISO audits in accordance with the audit program.
- Monitor and follow up corrective actions to address audit findings.
- Coordinate and prepare the organization for external ISO audits.
- Implement and maintain the APMC Document Control Procedure in compliance with ISO standards.
- Control, update, and manage electronic and hard-copy IMS documents, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
- Ensure all approved IMS revisions and updates are reflected in official manuals and records.
- Process documentation routing for approval, registration in IMS, internal distribution, and archiving.
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Has at least 6 months of relevant experience in the field
- Experience in ISO documentation and auditing is required
- ISO Internal Auditor training/certification is preferred
