Key Responsibilities
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and physicians’ offices to introduce and promote diagnostic laboratory services.
- Develop and sustain strong professional connections with doctors and healthcare practitioners to help generate patient referrals.
- Explain available lab offerings, such as cardiac and general clinical tests, to both new and returning clients while responding to their questions or concerns.
- Create and execute marketing approaches that support the organization’s goals and growth targets.
- Take part in medical conventions, seminars, and community health programs as a representative of the laboratory.
- Help organize promotional activities, outreach events, and collaborations with healthcare institutions.
- Maintain consistent messaging and brand representation during all client-facing field activities.
- Handle client feedback, resolve concerns, and conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Marketing or any health/medical-related discipline.
- Strong ability in persuasive communication and professional writing.
- Good grasp of fundamental marketing and business management concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable engaging with physicians, clinic staff, and corporate healthcare contacts.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Results-oriented and willing to do field-based work.
- Open to fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in this field.
