Role Overview
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to own our online presence end-to-end, from LinkedIn and content to SEO and website performance. This role feeds the top of our sales funnel and works hand-in-hand with our Sales Executive to turn visibility into qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn & Social Presence- Own and grow the AB BSS company LinkedIn page, content calendar, posting cadence, and engagement
- Support founder/executive personal branding content on LinkedIn
- Monitor engagement and adjust content strategy based on what performs
- Conduct keyword research and build an SEO content plan targeting our ICP markets
- Perform on-page and technical SEO audits (site speed, metadata, structure, indexing)
- Manage and optimize website content for organic search and lead conversion
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility over time
- Plan and produce content across LinkedIn, website blog, and email (written, and basic visual with tools like Canva)
- Run and optimize paid digital campaigns where relevant (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels
- Report monthly on key metrics: website traffic, keyword rankings, engagement, and inbound leads generated
- Work with the Sales Executive to ensure marketing-sourced leads are properly tagged and handed off
- Monitor competitor digital activity and industry trends to keep positioning sharp
- Consistent LinkedIn posting cadence with measurable engagement growth
- Defined number of target keywords ranking on page 1
- Documented SEO content calendar in active execution
- Measurable increase in inbound leads/traffic attributable to organic or LinkedIn activity
- 2+ years in digital marketing with hands-on SEO and social media/LinkedIn management experience
- Working knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
- Basic content writing/copywriting skills for LinkedIn, blog, and web copy
- Familiarity with website platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) and Google Analytics
- Comfortable with automation and AI tools to support content, SEO, and campaign work
- Must be able to multitask across content, SEO, and campaign work simultaneously
- Must be able to do in-depth research on keywords, trends, and competitor activity
- Excellent written English with an eye for brand voice and tone
- Good communication skills, able to collaborate closely with sales and leadership
- Self-starter, comfortable proposing initiatives in a startup environment
- Open to hybrid work setup
- Experience marketing B2B services, BPO, or outsourcing companies
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Experience with marketing automation/email platforms
