Key Responsibilities:

• Develop programs designed to generate product offtake for assigned products.
• Monitor and evaluate product sales performance, marketing program results, and recommend changes if necessary.
• Prepare data on sales trends of assigned product lines, provide direction for sales budget preparation, and collaborate with sales managers to improve performance.
• Ensure buy-in from the sales team on proposed programs.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external parties for marketing programs in areas such as research, product development, packaging design, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Engage with traders and end-users through fieldwork to maintain market familiarity.
• Develop creative advertising materials across media channels (TV, radio, print, web), aligning them with topline objectives.
• Work with advertising agencies to implement approved plans within budget.
• Control and monitor the advertising and promotions budget for assigned product lines.
• Lead product development efforts in coordination with R&D.
• Identify research and data needs for assigned products.
• Conduct regular trade and market visits and compile reports.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge: Business intelligence, technical expertise, client orientation, profitability analysis, project management, product development, advertising, and trade marketing.
• Skills & Abilities: Strong communication and language skills, excellent management and negotiation abilities, above-average mathematical skills.
• Attitude: Proactive, innovative, culturally aware, a strong team player, safety-conscious, and results-driven.
• Education: Degree in Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or Business Management, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: At least 3 years in brand management, advertising, and sales.
