About the role
As a Team Leader (Local Collections) at Hi-Tech Smart Solutions, you will play a vital role in overseeing a team of customer service representatives responsible for managing local collection efforts. This full-time position is based in our Ortigas, Pasig City office in Metro Manila and will involve leading and motivating your team to achieve key performance targets.
What you'll be doing- Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives handling local collections
- Set clear goals and targets for your team, and monitor their performance to ensure they are met
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to help your team develop their skills and capabilities
- Identify training needs and implement development programs to upskill your team
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless collections process
- Analyze data and generate reports to track team and individual performance
- Foster a positive and engaging team culture to drive motivation and productivity
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a call center or customer service environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams to achieve their targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide effective feedback and coaching
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficient in data analysis and report generation to measure and improve team performance
- Familiarity with local collections processes and regulations
- Extensive experience in local collections processes and regulatory compliance is required
- Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
