Job Summary:

OSI Digital is looking for Technical Sales Executive with a strong background in selling ERP solutions, particularly Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales of enterprise software, with a deep understanding of client pain points, solution positioning, and the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.

This role bridges the gap between technical knowledge and business development, playing a key part in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive ERP Sales: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for Oracle ERP and other enterprise software solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations tailored to client business processes and pain points.
  • Solution Consulting: Translate technical product capabilities into clear business benefits, working closely with pre-sales engineers when needed.
  • Proposal & Quotation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses, and commercial quotations.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with C-level executives, IT stakeholders, and business decision-makers.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on ERP market trends, competitor offerings, and Oracle’s evolving product suite.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client journey.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 4–6 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the ERP domain.
  • Proven track record of selling Oracle ERP (or equivalent) solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of ERP architecture, modules (Finance, SCM, HR, etc.), and integration capabilities.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and ERP demo tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle ERP certification or formal training.
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, finance, or supply chain-intensive industries.
  • Understanding of cloud transformation projects and SaaS business models.
