Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, adaptable, and dependable individual to join our team as an Administrative and E-commerce Associate. This role primarily focuses on sales support, marketing coordination, e-commerce operations, and bazaar participation.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to contribute fresh ideas to support business growth.

This position is not limited to office-based responsibilities and may require participation in on-site selling, events, bazaars, and other operational tasks as needed, depending on business demands and workload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle e-commerce operations including order processing, packing, shipping coordination, and inventory updates.
  • Manage customer inquiries and sales communication across online platforms and in-person events.
  • Take primary responsibility for sales support and marketing coordination, including:
  • Assisting in marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Supporting content posting and promotions
  • Helping monitor basic ad or sales performance
  • Participate in bazaar and retail events, including preparation, booth manning, and selling.
  • Maintain sales, inventory, and expense records.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support operations.
  • Take on other reasonable operational tasks during low-volume periods.

Work scope is not limited to office duties. The role requires flexibility to handle various operational, sales, and on-site tasks depending on business requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • College graduate (preferred)
  • No prior administrative work experience required.
  • Willing to work weekends and holidays when business requires.
  • Good attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Flexible, dependable, and willing to learn.
  • Knows how to use Meta ads and Tiktok ads and live selling is a bonus
  • Comfortable with basic computer use (MS Office / Google Workspace).
  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Very good work ethics
