SHE Manager

BTSMC Managing Solutions, Inc. is urgently looking for a SHE MANAGER to be assigned in Davao City.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering or any Technical Background
• Philippines Safety Practitioner. IOSH, NEBOSH, PRC and PMP is an advantage
• Project Experience: 15-20 years with 10 years in construction
• With proficiency in Project Management, Construction Safety Management, Scheduling Management, Cost Control, Construction Management, Leadership Proficiency.
• Willing to be assigned in Davao, City

General Description:

The Project Site SHES Manager is responsible for managing the execution of the projects under the Project Pangarap scope of varying discipline, size, and complexity in accordance with the Project Life Cycle Management process.

The Role is responsible for effectively resourcing the project and manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Manages the timeliness, completeness and quality outputs Work Pack Preparers, allocating and utilizing resources in an efficient manner to maintain safe execution of work, under the direction of the Project Director; and for assisting the Project Director in identification of SHES initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee safety construction and activities across assigned project sites.
• Lead and coordinate with Owner's Engineer to prepare and implement SHES Project Plan.
• Lead effort in maintaining target Safety Index
• Deliver and coordinate work packages for both maintenance and project-related tasks in accordance with project schedules and requirements.
• Supervise and manage service contractors to ensure quality, safety, and health completion of work.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor construction safety programs to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure adherence to plans and SHES specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, project stakeholders, and contractors to ensure safe project execution.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, site documentation, and project updates.
• Coordinate with Site and Contruction Manager for consolidation of report and programs.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies related to project execution and safety.
• Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for ongoing maintenance and project activities
• Plan and support Owner in the successful commissioning of the Project.

• Work Schedule: 5 days/week, 10 hrs./day
• Work Location: Davao City
