We're Hiring: Technical Support Agents (Electric Bike Account – US Market)

Location: Onsite – Bankal, Lapu-Lapu City

Shift: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (PH Time)

Salary: Commensurate with experience

We're looking for driven individuals who can deliver excellent support and service to e-bike customers. Whether you're a tech enthusiast or already have hands-on knowledge about electric bikes, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide phone, chat, or email support to customers in the US regarding electric bike concerns.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to e-bike components (motors, batteries, displays, etc.).
• Guide customers through basic repairs or product usage.
• Handle product-related inquiries, warranties, and service follow-ups.
• Document and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or technical support (BPO experience preferred).
• Knowledge of electric bikes or personal mobility devices is a strong plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Comfortable working onsite in Bankal, Lapu-Lapu.
• Tech-savvy and a good problem-solver.
• Willing to work the night shift (US time).
