- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns while delivering a positive customer experience
- Perform account-related tasks such as verification, billing support, and data updates
- Troubleshoot basic issues and guide customers step-by-step
- Document all interactions in the system with accuracy and completeness
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
- Maintain professionalism when handling sensitive or escalated cases
- High school graduate (Senior High) or college-level/graduate
- With or without BPO experience (training provided)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer navigation skills and ability to use multiple systems
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
