Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer concerns while delivering a positive customer experience
  • Perform account-related tasks such as verification, billing support, and data updates
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and guide customers step-by-step
  • Document all interactions in the system with accuracy and completeness
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Maintain professionalism when handling sensitive or escalated cases
Qualifications
  • High school graduate (Senior High) or college-level/graduate
  • With or without BPO experience (training provided)
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic computer navigation skills and ability to use multiple systems
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
