Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Operations Assistant to support our growing franchise operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and willing to do both office and field work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Franchise Manager in daily operations and coordination.
- Conduct regular visits to franchised and company-owned stores to ensure compliance and performance.
- Support documentation, inquiries, and marketing activities.
- Help organize franchise events, meetings, and reports.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or a related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to do field work and travel to store locations.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Can work with minimum supervision
Knowledge of Canva and Ai is a plus.
