Job Description
  • Manage candidate compliance processes from registration through to full clearance and onboarding.
  • Conduct Right to Work checks and Share Code verifications in accordance with UK legislation.
  • Request, collect, and review passports, visas, DBS certificates, references, and other supporting documentation.
  • Ensure candidate files are fully compliant before workers are scheduled to start.
  • Upload, update, and maintain accurate records within CRM, ATS, and internal database systems.
  • Monitor expiry dates for Right to Work documentation, DBS certificates, visas, and related compliance records.
  • Support recruitment consultants with onboarding procedures and compliance-related queries.
  • Send candidate agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist with temporary worker onboarding and ensure all legal compliance procedures are followed.
  • Verify booking details and confirm worker information prior to shift scheduling.
  • Provide support with payroll administration and holiday accrual processes when required.
  • Help maintain audit-ready systems, documentation, and operational processes.
  • Perform general administrative and operational support tasks across the recruitment team.
  • Maintain internal trackers, reports, and organized filing systems.
  • Assist with ad-hoc operational and recruitment support duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in UK compliance administration or UK recruitment administration.
  • Strong understanding of administrative processes and document management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/database systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally and securely
  • Proactive, dependable, and capable of taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a recruitment agency environment.
  • Knowledge of UK Right to Work legislation and compliance procedures.
  • Understanding of temporary staffing and recruitment processes.
  • Experience using ATS, CRM, or compliance management systems.
  • Familiarity with payroll support and holiday accrual administration.
