Role Description
As the senior architect of Manila Kitchens, you will be closely working with clients in understanding their design requirements and developing technical design and drawings for proper implementation of the operations team. You will be responsible for overseeing and leading the design team of the company and ensuring project timelines, budgets, and client requirements are met.You will play a crucial role in maintaining quality design standards, resolving design-related issues, and ensuring successful execution of the project.
This is a full-time on-site role, with office located in Kapitolyo, Pasig City.
Qualifications- Graduate of BS Architecture
- PRC Licensed Architect
- Minimum 5 years experience, with at least 2 years leadership position
- Knowledgeable in using various CAD softwares and 3D rendering
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and site conditions.
