- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- With drivers license and with at least 1 year driving experience
Job Description:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, or consultations
- Meet or exceed territory sales quotas and KPIs
- Develop territory business plans and sales strategies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and operations
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers and attend events
- Resolve customer concerns and provide after-sales support
