IT Technician

Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic IT support to warehouse staff and other users when required.
- Troubleshoot common computer, laptop, printer, scanner, and network issues.
- Assist users with login issues, software access, email, and basic system problems.
- Support barcode scanners, label printers, desktop printers, and other warehouse IT equipment.
- Check internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, and connectivity issues and report unresolved problems to the IT team.
- Install and configure basic software, drivers, printers, and system updates.
- Assist in setting up desktops, laptops, monitors, keyboards, mouse, printers, and other IT devices.
- Maintain basic IT equipment inventory and report damaged or faulty devices.
- Coordinate with the main IT team for issues that require advanced support.
- Follow IT instructions, SOPs, and company policies while resolving user issues.
- Help ensure warehouse systems and IT devices remain operational during working hours.
- Keep records of reported issues and actions taken.
