Trade Marketing Assistant (Cebu)

As Trade Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible in developing and implementing local marketing programs that aims to create awareness and retention within the local community of the assigned stores.

1. In-Store Marketing Execution

• Assist in implementing promotional campaigns (e.g., seasonal offers, bundle meals, limited-time menus)
• Ensure all marketing materials (posters, menu boards, table tents) are properly displayed and updated
• Coordinate with store staff to maintain brand consistency

1. Promotions & Partnerships

• Help organize tie-ups with delivery platforms like GrabFood and Foodpanda
• Support mall-wide or local promotions and events
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing in nearby restaurants

1. Sales Support & Reporting

• Track performance of promotions and campaigns (sales uplift, customer traffic)
• Prepare basic reports and insights for the marketing team
• Assist in inventory coordination for promotional materials

1. Merchandising & Branding

• Ensure correct placement of branding materials inside and outside the restaurant
• Check compliance with visual merchandising standards
• Help develop creative ideas for in-store engagement

1. Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with operations, kitchen staff, and store managers
• Liaise with suppliers for marketing materials (printing, signage, giveaways)
• Assist in scheduling marketing activities across branches

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications background.
• At least 1 to 2 years experience relevant to this field.
• Can do field work, specifically in Mandaue Cebu.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Can start ASAP
