Airline Booking Consultant - Entry Level (Online Process)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer inquiries related to flight reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, and other travel services.
• Accurately explain fare rules, booking conditions, travel policies, and other essential flight information.
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying appropriate solutions and ensuring timely follow-through.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems.
• Meet established performance metrics, including productivity, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction targets.

Candidate Profile:

• Open to entry-level applicants, career shifters, and experienced professionals across different industries.
• Minimum educational requirement: High School or Senior High School graduate; college background is an advantage.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
