Quality assurance staff

Job Description

• Responsible to review and evaluate performance of plant production and workers performance engaged in production, sanitation, processing, maintenance and quality control.
• Responsible to implement, review and evaluate procedures which may have impact on product quality
• Responsible for the evaluation of production records and quality control records.
• Plant Cleanliness
• Production Validation;
• Equipment calibration
• Responsible for the initial and continuous training of production personnel of quality standard and procedures in coordination with Human Resources
• Responsible for the inspection, investigation and taking of samples to monitor factors with may affect quality. Give recommendations to improve operational efficiency
• Makes incident report about violation of GMP, NMIS and other quality standard.
• During plant production, monitors compliance of all quality standards
• Performs Quality Audits bearing in mind the proper procedures in the conduct of such audit
• Meets with the plant Officer before, during and after audit
• Collates all plant checklist and make sure that those are updated
• Coordinates with Plant Supervisors or Plant Manager regarding compliance of Plant Workers and quality standards
• Reports to the QFS Manager all quality issues that need immediate action and disposition
• Ensure confidentiality of own password in all assigned systems
• Maintain proper filing of documents, posting media and reports
• Perform other duties that are assigned from time-to-time.

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience in manufacturing is a must
