JOB OVERVIEW:

The Sales Admin Specialist provides essential administrative and operational support to the Sales Department, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication between departments. This role is focused on maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating schedules, preparing reports and assisting in the execution of sales initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verification & Approval of order
• Revision of credit interest every Monday
• Revision of 2307
• SOA upon requesting by SE
• Monitoring of check for deposit and PDC
• AR for all the payment we received
• Prepare sales contract if needed
• Middleman's Commission Voucher
• Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• With at least 5 years of sales admin and admin clerical work experience
• Proficient in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Good Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
• Strong Data Entry skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work with less supervision and as a part of the team
• Must be willing to work in BGC, TAGUIG CITY
• Can start asap
